Welcome to Path2Love Mastery™! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://path2lovemastery.com, our mobile application (the "App"), and the membership services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Your Account and Responsibilities

To access our membership services, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Membership, Payments, and Cancellation

Pricing: We offer various membership tiers and programs. The pricing for our Services shall be as stated on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices for our Services at any time.

Billing: You will be billed on a recurring or one-time basis as described on the sales page.

Membership Cancellation Policy:

• Monthly Subscribers: You may cancel at any time via the member portal or by contacting support. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days.
• Annual Subscribers: Annual plans are a 12-month commitment and cannot be canceled mid-term. To avoid automatic renewal, cancellations must be submitted prior to your annual renewal date.

The Architect’s Promise – 30-Day Guarantee: We stand behind the transformative potential of our programs. If you are a first-time paid member (monthly or annual) and you actively engage and complete the foundational material within the first 30 days but do not feel you have gained more clarity in your love journey, you may request a full refund. To qualify, you must complete all foundational exercises within the first 30 days and submit a written refund request to ali@path2lovemastery.com no later than Day 30 of your membership. No refunds will be issued beyond the 30-day window.

Fixed-Term Programs: All sales for fixed-term programs like The Love Mastery Incubator are final and non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on our platform, including the L.O.V.E. Engineering™ Process, coaching materials, AI tools, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive property of Path2Love Mastery™. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our prior written consent.

User Content: You retain all rights to the content you post or submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with providing and promoting the Services. You warrant that your content is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree to use our Services in a respectful and lawful manner. You agree not to post abusive or harassing content, engage in spamming, or interfere with other members' use of the Services.

5. Disclaimer and No Professional Advice

The coaching and information provided by Path2Love Mastery™, including through our AI tools, are for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. We make no guarantees about the results of taking any action. You recognize that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts and circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Path2Love Mastery™ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last six (6) months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. By continuing to use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
