By accessing or using any Path2Love Mastery website, product, or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users.
Services Description
Path2Love Mastery provides relationship coaching, digital products, and educational tools through this website and associated platforms, including Love Mastery IQ and The Pivot app. Services include:
- Digital downloads and bundles (including the Love Manifestation Sanctuary Bundle)
- The Breakthrough Kit: a self-guided pattern-awareness tool
- The Pivot: a self-guided 14-day relationship reset tool
- Love Mastery IQ: an AI-assisted coaching platform
- Email newsletters and educational content
- One-on-one and group coaching programs
Payment and Refunds
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your payment method.
Refund terms by product:
- The Love Manifestation Sanctuary Bundle ($15): 30-day money-back guarantee. If it does not resonate, email us and we will refund you. No questions asked.
- The Breakthrough Kit ($47): 30-day money-back guarantee under the same terms.
- The Pivot ($79): 14-day money-back guarantee. If you complete the program and do not feel it was worth it, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- Coaching programs: Refund terms are specified at the time of purchase and vary by program.

No Medical or Therapy Advice
Path2Love Mastery services are coaching and educational in nature. They are not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. They are not a substitute for professional psychological or medical care.
If you are in crisis, experiencing a mental health emergency, or dealing with trauma that requires clinical support, please contact a qualified mental health professional or crisis line in your area.
Intellectual Property
All content within Path2Love Mastery products and on this website, including text, frameworks, tools, methodologies, audio, and design, is the intellectual property of Path2Love Mastery and Alison Verge. The If/Then Protocol and all associated proprietary frameworks are protected works.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Personal use is permitted. Commercial use is not.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided in good faith, but we make no guarantees about specific results. Relationship outcomes depend on many individual factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Path2Love Mastery and Alison Verge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
