How Path2Love Mastery collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
1. Who We Are
Path2Love Mastery ("we," "us," "our") is a relationship coaching and education business operating in Ontario, Canada. We are committed to handling your personal information responsibly and in accordance with Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
2. What This Policy Covers
This policy covers path2lovemastery.com and our related tools and services, including our free quizzes and assessments, digital products, memberships, AI-supported tools, email communications, and coaching services (together, the "Services"). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
3. Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you choose to give us, including:
Contact and signup details. When you join a waitlist, take a quiz, download a resource, or contact us, we collect details such as your name and email address, along with your responses where a quiz or assessment asks questions.
Purchase information. When you buy from us, our payment processor collects your payment details. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive information such as your name, email, and what you purchased.
Account information. Some tools require an account, which includes your login email and the information you add while using the tool.
Coaching and tool content. Our Services are built around your relationship goals and patterns. Assessment answers, coaching-style conversations with our AI-supported tools, and notes you choose to share may include personal and sensitive information about you and your relationships. We treat this information with special care, use it only to deliver and improve your experience, and never sell it.
4. Information Collected Automatically
Our website is a simple informational site. We do not run advertising pixels or invasive tracking on it. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. Pages that load embedded forms, fonts, or checkout may transmit your IP address to the providers of those features so they can deliver them.
5. Cookies
Our informational pages set little to nothing themselves. Embedded features, such as signup forms, funnel pages, checkout, and member areas operated through our customer relationship and payment platforms, may use cookies to function correctly (for example, to remember a form session or keep you logged in). You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
6. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to: deliver the Services you request; personalize assessments, reports, and coaching guidance; process payments and manage subscriptions; send you emails you have signed up for; respond to your questions; improve our content and tools; and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
7. Email Communications
We send marketing and program emails in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You will only receive marketing email from us with your consent, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; we may still send essential service messages, such as receipts and account notices.
8. AI Processing
Some of our tools use artificial intelligence to generate personalized reports and coaching-style conversation. When you use these tools, the information you provide (such as assessment answers or messages) is processed by our AI technology providers to generate your results. We choose providers with strong data protection practices, send only what is needed to deliver the feature, and do not permit our providers to use your content to train their public models where that control is available to us.
9. Service Providers
We rely on trusted third-party providers to run the Services. Categories include: customer relationship management and email delivery; payment processing; website and application hosting; databases and secure account login; AI processing; and fonts and media delivery. These providers process personal information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, and only to provide their services to us.
10. Where Your Information Is Stored
Some of our service providers store or process information outside of Canada, including in the United States. When your information is processed in another country, it is subject to the laws of that country, including lawful access by authorities there. We use reputable providers with strong safeguards regardless of location.
11. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to operate your account or subscription, and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
12. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may: request access to the personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate information; withdraw consent to marketing at any time; and ask us to delete personal information we no longer need. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you have an unresolved concern about our handling of your personal information, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
14. Children
The Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Third-Party Links
Our Services link to third-party websites and platforms (for example, video platforms and scheduling tools). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes may also be announced by email or on the website.
