1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Path2Love Mastery ("we," "us," "our"), a business operating in Ontario, Canada. They govern your use of path2lovemastery.com and our related sites, free tools, digital products, memberships, subscriptions, AI-supported tools, events, and coaching services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who May Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. What We Provide

Path2Love Mastery provides relationship coaching, education, and personal development resources for singles and couples. This includes free assessments and quizzes, digital products and workbooks, structured programs, memberships and subscriptions, AI-supported guidance tools, and private coaching offered by application.

4. Coaching Is Not Therapy, Medical Care, or Professional Advice

Our Services are educational and coaching-based. They are not psychotherapy, counselling, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

If you are in crisis or concerned for your safety or someone else's safety, contact your local emergency services right away, or call or text 9-8-8 (Canada's Suicide Crisis Helpline). Do not use our Services for emergencies.

5. AI-Supported Tools

Some of our Services use artificial intelligence to generate personalized guidance, assessments, and coaching-style conversation. AI-generated content can be imperfect, incomplete, or wrong. It is offered for reflection and education, not as professional advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. Section 4 applies fully to all AI-supported tools.

6. Accounts and Access

Some Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Accounts and program access are personal to you and may not be shared, except where a plan expressly includes access for a partner or additional user. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Purchases, Pricing, and Billing

Prices, inclusions, and billing frequency for each offer are shown at checkout, in the currency stated there. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method. For subscriptions and memberships, your plan renews automatically at the then-current rate for your plan until you cancel. Where a founding or locked rate is offered, that rate applies for as long as your subscription remains continuously active, as described at checkout.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Guarantees

One-time digital products (such as downloadable kits, workbooks, and tools with instant access): all sales are final. Because access is delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds on digital products.

Memberships, subscriptions, and add-ons: you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Payments already made are not refundable, and we do not offer a money-back guarantee on memberships or subscriptions.

Private coaching and VIP programs: payment, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are set out in your individual coaching agreement, which governs if it differs from these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.

9. No Guaranteed Results

We stand behind our work, and many clients experience meaningful change. Your results depend on your circumstances, effort, and choices. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including finding a partner, saving a relationship, or any other result. Testimonials on our website reflect individual experiences and are not promises of what you will experience.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content in them, including the L.O.V.E. Engineering™ framework, courses, workbooks, assessments, scripts, graphics, and branding, are owned by Path2Love Mastery or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. When you purchase or access content, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use it for your own growth. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, share logins for, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes: attempting to interfere with or disrupt the website or tools; scraping or harvesting content or data; uploading malicious code; impersonating others; using the Services to harass or harm anyone; or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

12. Community and User Content

Where the Services include community spaces, live sessions, or the ability to submit content, you are responsible for what you share. Do not share content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates someone else's rights or privacy. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it within the Services. We may remove content or restrict participation at our discretion to keep community spaces safe.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, payment processors, scheduling tools, and video platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Path2Love Mastery and its owner, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Path2Love Mastery from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

18. Changes to the Services or These Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at the email below; most concerns can be resolved directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts of Ontario, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

20. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, any checkout terms, and any individual coaching agreement, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
